Job Summary
Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, a full-time position responsible for owning the pre-purchase lifecycle strategy, executing marketing campaigns using Braze, and developing measurement frameworks to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-purchase lifecycle strategies including nurture, reactivation, and product launch communications
- Design and manage marketing campaigns in Braze, ensuring deliverability and compliance
- Establish measurement frameworks to analyze lifecycle performance and its impact on customer acquisition costs
Required Qualifications and Education
- 5-8+ years of experience in Lifecycle/CRM for consumer subscription, healthcare, or fintech
- Expertise in Braze, including canvases, segmentation, and deliverability
- Experience with rigorous experimentation and analytical tools such as Amplitude or SQL
- Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance standards
- Proactive and outcome-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills across functions
