Job Summary
Driving growth through innovative marketing strategies, the full-time Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop and execute lifecycle marketing initiatives for software buyers and vendors in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and advocacy
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvements and increased customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer experiences
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment
- Proven experience in designing and executing successful email marketing and lifecycle programs
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and translating data into actionable insights
