Job Summary

Driving growth through innovative marketing strategies, the full-time Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop and execute lifecycle marketing initiatives for software buyers and vendors in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and advocacy
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvements and increased customer lifetime value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer experiences
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment
  • Proven experience in designing and executing successful email marketing and lifecycle programs
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and translating data into actionable insights
