Job Summary
Owning the lifecycle-influenced pipeline, the full-time Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving expansion revenue, improving conversion efficiency, and developing customer education strategies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage lifecycle programs that convert leads into SQLs through various nurturing and referral strategies
- Identify expansion-ready accounts using product usage signals and activate lifecycle plays for high-propensity tiers
- Oversee structured experimentation and reporting on lifecycle metrics to optimize conversion rates and customer engagement
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or customer engagement roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Significant experience with Marketo, including building programs from scratch
- Proven track record of owning pipeline or revenue metrics
- Hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product and sales
- Working knowledge of Salesforce data models and compliance fundamentals
