Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Account Manager, responsible for leading strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing programs across various industries while managing client relationships and driving retention and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own multiple client relationships, driving strategy and managing expectations within large enterprise organizations
- Develop sophisticated lifecycle marketing strategies that encompass the full customer journey, integrating creative, messaging, and channel tactics
- Lead communications planning across various channels, including email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging, while optimizing subscription and loyalty program touchpoints
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of lifecycle marketing experience with a proven track record in managing complex, multi-channel programs
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and at least one additional ESP, preferably Klaviyo
- Demonstrated experience in crafting and implementing push and in-app messaging strategies for app brands
- Strong understanding of the full growth funnel and how lifecycle marketing supports overall business objectives
