Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end customer lifecycle, the full-time Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will design and execute impactful marketing programs across email, SMS, push, and in-product messaging to activate new customers, enhance engagement, and increase subscription value, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies for activation, engagement, retention, and referral of subscription products
  • Map customer journeys and utilize real-time data for personalized communication triggers
  • Plan, write, and launch lifecycle campaigns, ensuring high-quality messaging and clarity
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, preferably in a DTC subscription or SaaS environment
  • Expert understanding of email and lifecycle platforms such as Blueshift, Braze, or Klaviyo
  • Hands-on experience with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) for advanced segmentation and dynamic content
  • Proven track record in building and scaling automated lifecycle flows that influence core business metrics
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating impactful lifecycle or CRM campaigns
