Job Summary

To engage, retain, and grow the customer base, the full-time Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy, managing customer communications across email, SMS, and in-app messaging in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back programs
  • Manage and optimize automated marketing workflows and triggered campaigns across multiple channels
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or email marketing
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention through data-driven marketing strategies
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
