Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end customer lifecycle, the full-time Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will design and execute impactful marketing programs across email, SMS, push, and in-product messaging to activate new customers and enhance long-term subscription value in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies for activation, engagement, retention, and referrals
- Map customer journeys and utilize real-time data for personalized communications
- Plan, write, and launch lifecycle campaigns while maintaining high standards of copy quality and clarity
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, acquisition, or retention marketing, preferably in DTC subscription or SaaS
- Expertise in email and lifecycle platforms such as Blueshift, Braze, or Klaviyo
- Hands-on experience with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) for advanced segmentation and dynamic content
- Proven ability to build and scale automated lifecycle flows that impact core business metrics
- Exceptional writing skills with a portfolio demonstrating strong copy and measurable results
