Key responsibilities
- Develop and improve lifecycle and email marketing programs aligned with customer lifecycle stages and growth priorities
- Define and execute segmentation strategies based on various data points to optimize campaign performance
- Analyze funnel and campaign data to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-backed growth initiatives
Required qualifications
- Experience in lifecycle, CRM, email, or growth marketing programs, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Strong knowledge of lifecycle marketing strategy, segmentation, and campaign automation
- Practical experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo
- Ability to analyze campaign data to make informed, data-backed recommendations
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to translate insights into actionable strategies
