Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time salaried opportunity as a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, responsible for owning the growth of the subscriber base through lifecycle strategy, retention initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the complete subscriber lifecycle from lead nurture to reactivation, ensuring measurable objectives at each stage
- Develop initiatives to improve subscriber retention and reduce churn through personalized messaging and automated interventions
- Deliver personalized lifecycle experiences utilizing behavioral data and maintain an always-on testing roadmap for continuous optimization
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM for subscription or recurring-revenue businesses
- Deep understanding of subscription economics, retention strategy, and cohort analysis
- Hands-on experience with CRM or ESP platforms, including vendor management and budgeting
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional experimentation and influence teams without formal authority
