Key responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the complete subscriber lifecycle from lead nurture to reactivation, ensuring measurable objectives at each stage
  • Develop initiatives to improve subscriber retention and reduce churn through personalized messaging and automated interventions
  • Deliver personalized lifecycle experiences utilizing behavioral data and maintain an always-on testing roadmap for continuous optimization
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM for subscription or recurring-revenue businesses
  • Deep understanding of subscription economics, retention strategy, and cohort analysis
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or ESP platforms, including vendor management and budgeting
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional experimentation and influence teams without formal authority
