Job Summary
Experienced lifecycle marketers will find a remote, full-time opportunity as a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, responsible for owning and evolving the customer journey through strategic lifecycle programs that enhance engagement and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across the customer journey, focusing on lead nurture, onboarding, activation, and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve trial activation and create scalable email automation programs
- Measure and analyze key lifecycle metrics to identify optimization opportunities and enhance overall marketing performance
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or related B2B SaaS marketing roles
- Proven success in building lifecycle programs across all stages of the customer journey
- Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce; Gainsight experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working across Marketing, Product, and Sales teams
