Job Summary
Owning the customer journey, the full-time Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will develop tailored communication strategies, design educational programs for high-intent sellers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lifecycle marketing efforts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle strategy by mapping the seller journey and creating segmented communication tracks
- Design nurture and educational programs to accelerate time to value for high-potential sellers
- Collaborate with Risk, Product, and Data teams to integrate lifecycle communications with onboarding paths
Required qualifications
- Experience in lifecycle marketing, Product-Led Growth (PLG) onboarding, or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Proven ability to build sophisticated nurture campaigns and automated education loops
- Commercial acumen to differentiate messaging based on seller readiness
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Data Analysts, Marketing, Product & Engineering, and Risk Operations
- Driven by a "Learn Fast" philosophy with a focus on testing hypotheses and proving ROI efficiently
