Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design customer journey blueprints and lifecycle programs for onboarding, engagement, and retention
  • Drive experimentation and causal analysis to optimize lifecycle strategies and measure impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape member experiences and ensure cohesive messaging across channels
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or CRM with a strategic focus
  • Proven experience in designing and scaling automated lifecycle journeys in consumer subscription businesses
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms and journey mapping
  • Advanced knowledge of Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) drivers
  • Experience with analytics tools and a rigorous experimentation mindset
