Job Summary
A company is looking for a Work From Home - Senior Associate, Senior Process Manager, Linguist, Enterprise Specialty Servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality delivery of Spanish translation services through management of governance
- Deliver high quality translation content and provide linguistic expertise for project delivery support
- Drive consistent application of process, technology, and tools for delivery, identify process improvements, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- At least 3 years of Spanish linguist experience in financial services or marketing
- At least 5 years of experience in English to Spanish professional translation or American Translators Association (ATA) Certified: English to Spanish
- At least 3 years of experience using CAT tools
