Senior Linguistic Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing linguistic services model, the full-time Senior Linguistic Innovation Specialist will manage multilingual content delivery, project ownership, and technology-driven improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for Linguistic Services, ensuring timely delivery of multilingual content
• Take end-to-end ownership of linguistic projects, managing priorities, timelines, and quality assurance
• Utilize TMS, AI, and automation to enhance linguistic workflows and improve efficiency and scalability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Localization, Linguistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in localization, linguistic services, or project management within a global organization
• Strong understanding of localization, regional content adaptation, and linguistic quality management
• Experience with Translation Management Systems (TMS) and familiarity with generative AI tools
• Proficiency in project and workflow management tools such as Asana or Jira
