Senior Linux Developer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Linux Developer for a hybrid role, this position will focus on designing and implementing embedded Linux software solutions for IoT devices, with responsibilities including maintaining USB and Ethernet networking stacks and optimizing wireless connectivity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Linux-based embedded software solutions for IoT devices and consumer electronics
• Implement and maintain USB and Ethernet networking stacks and secure network communication protocols
• Debug complex system-level issues and mentor junior engineers while maintaining existing firmware codebases

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Android and Linux-based embedded systems development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++
• Demonstrated experience with Android platform development and wireless protocol implementations
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and experience with version control systems (Git)
