Senior Linux Engineer - Federal
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Linux Development Engineer - Federal.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code for the global private cloud
- Develop tools in Python, bash, and JavaScript to automate processes and enhance customer maintenance
- Support the operation of various infrastructure services and prepare new products for production readiness
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with Linux (RedHat and/or CentOS)
- 4+ years of development experience with Python, Java, or similar object-oriented languages
- Experience in Site Reliability Engineering/DevOps and managing large-scale server infrastructure
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and service troubleshooting in production environments
- Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB is preferred
