Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Information Systems Engineer - Linux.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily administration activities for IaaS servers, including OS installation, modification, and account administration
- Assist with planning, design, setup, and troubleshooting of operating systems and related software
- Utilize a trouble ticket system to resolve customer concerns and interface with other departments to enhance the environment
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as an Information Systems Engineer in a dynamic environment
- Excellent troubleshooting skills on MS Windows Server and Redhat Linux
- Experience with infrastructure architecture, scripting languages, and cloud infrastructure
