Senior Linux Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support the operations of a dynamic gaming company, the full-time Senior Linux Systems Engineer will administer and optimize Linux servers, develop automation workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, patch, and troubleshoot Linux servers across various environments
• Develop and maintain standardized Linux server builds and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with Central Tech teams on shared services and support cross-functional initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience as a systems engineer
• Proficiency in Linux systems administration
• Experience with a configuration management system, preferably Salt
• Intermediate or higher Python scripting skills
