A healthcare company is looking for a Senior Litigation and Regulatory Counsel.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide legal analysis and support on complex litigation, claims, operational and regulatory matters
Oversee legal support for mission-critical functions related to Quality & Safety
Partner with outside counsel in all aspects of litigation to represent the company's interests

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of ten years of experience in a health system corporate legal department or law firm
Juris Doctorate (JD) from accredited law school
License to practice law in the state of Washington
