Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Litigation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to provide legal representation for youth challenging immigration detention and prepare habeas corpus petitions
• Support impact litigation strategies and collaborate with external partners to execute legal strategies
• Monitor policy developments and collaborate with various teams to identify potential impacts on children and youth

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and current admission to any state bar
• Minimum of five years of experience in immigration litigation, including habeas experience
• Substantial experience in removal defense, preferably for children or detained clients
• Experience training and mentoring other attorneys
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
