Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for employment law matters, including employee relations and compliance
• Manage global litigation and disputes, overseeing the legal hold process and discovery-related matters
• Resolve claims and disputes with third parties, offering guidance to customer and data operations teams

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) with 5+ years of employment litigation/counseling experience
• Experience in e-discovery and legal hold processes
• Strong knowledge of employment law and related regulations
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic corporate environment and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 5-10% annually
