Senior Litigation Attorney (DC Licensed)

Job Summary

Managing complex litigation matters in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Senior Litigation Attorney (DC Licensed) will independently handle sophisticated commercial, construction, and government-related disputes while developing litigation strategies and mentoring junior attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Develop litigation strategy, draft dispositive motions, and prepare persuasive legal arguments
• Lead depositions, motion practice, evidentiary hearings, and trial preparation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of sophisticated commercial litigation or closely related litigation experience
• Strong motion practice, deposition, and courtroom experience
• Second-chair trial experience required; first-chair trial experience strongly preferred
• Experience representing sophisticated commercial, government, contractor, or institutional clients
• Juris Doctor from a well-regarded law school
