Senior Litigation Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Litigation Case Manager to manage and resolve contested mortgage foreclosure cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned contested foreclosure cases with a focus on proactive monitoring and risk identification
• Develop and implement litigation strategies in collaboration with outside counsel
• Oversee the discovery process and maintain communication with outside counsel regarding case status and budgets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree with paralegal certification
• 10+ years of experience as a paralegal or litigation specialist in mortgage servicing
• Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations governing residential mortgage servicing
• Experience in the legal department of a mortgage servicer
• Proficiency in legal case management databases and Microsoft Office applications
