Senior Litigation Case Manager

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of mortgage litigation cases, the full-time remote Senior Litigation Case Manager will work independently with outside counsel and internal departments to develop strategies, monitor risks, and ensure efficient case resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management of assigned litigation cases, including proactive monitoring and risk identification
• Collaborate with outside counsel to implement litigation strategies and prepare case summaries for stakeholders
• Maintain the litigation database and track critical events, ensuring timely updates and communication with management and investors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or an Associate's degree with a paralegal certification
• 10+ years of experience as a paralegal or litigation specialist in mortgage servicing
• Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations related to residential mortgage servicing
• Experience with litigation case management databases and mortgage servicing systems
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
