Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of complex, high-severity Commercial General Liability (CGL) claims, the full-time Senior Litigation Claims Consultant will independently handle litigated matters while driving claim strategy and financial outcomes in a fully remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of complex, high-exposure CGL claims across multiple jurisdictions
• Conduct thorough investigations and timely coverage analysis of claims
• Partner with top-tier legal counsel to develop and implement claim strategies

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in handling complex Commercial General Liability claims
• Strong understanding of legal processes and litigation management
• Proven ability to analyze coverage and conduct thorough investigations
• Experience collaborating with legal counsel and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
