Senior Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Litigation & Product Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage disputes with healthcare providers and vendors related to the Medicare Advantage business, including litigation
• Collaborate with product teams on feature development and provide legal advice on regulatory matters
• Identify litigation and regulatory risks and develop strategies to mitigate them

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• At least four years of litigation, investigations, and/or product counseling experience at a large law firm
• Experience working with health insurance clients, particularly in managed care
• Familiarity with the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), False Claims Act (FCA), and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations
• Experience in developing strategies to mitigate litigation and regulatory risk
