Senior Litigation Counsel
Job Summary
Leading significant litigation and regulatory enforcement matters, the full-time Senior Litigation Counsel will shape strategy, advise senior leadership on legal risks, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategy for complex litigation and regulatory enforcement matters from pre-litigation through resolution
- Advise senior leadership on legal risks, enforcement trends, and business impacts, particularly in fintech and data use
- Manage outside counsel and engage on critical aspects of litigation, including legal strategy and discovery
Required qualifications
- J.D. and active bar membership
- 10+ years of litigation experience at a leading law firm, government agency, or in-house
- Experience leading complex litigation and/or regulatory enforcement matters
- Expertise in class actions, commercial disputes, privacy, and financial regulatory enforcement issues
- Experience in litigation for a public company, including financial reporting and governance obligations
