Key Responsibilities

• Support federal court litigation, including trial preparation and hearings
• Manage the discovery process, including document production and drafting responses
• Draft and edit motions, conduct legal research, and maintain litigation files

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with a focus on federal court cases
• Proven knowledge of trial preparation and the discovery process
• Proficiency with legal technology tools, including e-discovery platforms
• Ability to work during standard East Coast business hours
• Comfortable in remote work environments
