Senior Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Litigation Paralegal to contribute to a complex federal RICO case.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of legal documents for federal court filings
• Manage eDiscovery processes, including Bates-stamping and tracking returns of service
• Facilitate communication between legal teams and external parties involved in the case

Required Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in federal court litigation
• Advanced proficiency in CM/ECF electronic filing systems
• Strong knowledge of federal rules, including Rule 9(b) and Rule 7.1
• Proven ability to manage extensive eDiscovery processes effectively
• Familiarity with forensic accounting and related legal procedures
