Senior Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Managing a high-volume docket across multiple jurisdictions, the full-time Senior Litigation Paralegal will provide advanced paralegal support for U.S. Consumer, International, and Commercial Litigation, ensuring accurate case management and efficient workflows in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own matter tracking and case file management, ensuring all records are accurate and current
• Execute discovery and trial preparation tasks, including document production and deposition coordination
• Build improved processes and tooling to support the Litigation team's growing caseload

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal managing case dockets across multiple jurisdictions
• Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end discovery workflows, including e-discovery platforms
• Experience responding to third-party legal requests such as subpoenas and garnishments
• Familiarity with litigation involving financial services, cryptocurrency, or technology companies
• Experience handling small claims court matters, including drafting filings and coordinating appearances
