Senior Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Providing advanced support to regulatory and consumer litigation teams, the full-time Senior Litigation Paralegal will manage responses to civil subpoenas and other legal requests, assist with customer arbitrations, and improve internal litigation processes while working remotely with occasional in-person sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage timely and accurate responses to subpoenas, summons, and other civil third-party requests
• Communicate with opposing counsel and government agencies to ensure accurate resolution of legal matters
• Prepare and file case pleadings and provide paralegal support for active litigation and arbitration in state and federal courts

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal managing high volumes of civil legal requests
• Proven track record in preparing and filing pleadings for arbitration and litigation matters
• Ability to manage 50+ concurrent legal matters with competing deadlines
• Familiarity with legal technology platforms for case management and e-discovery
• Experience utilizing generative AI with human oversight to enhance workflow efficiency
