Senior Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Providing advanced support to regulatory and consumer litigation teams, the full-time Senior Litigation Paralegal will manage responses to civil subpoenas, summons, and garnishments while assisting with customer arbitrations and litigation in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage timely and accurate responses to domestic and international legal requests, including subpoenas and garnishments
• Communicate with opposing counsel and government agencies to ensure accurate resolution of third-party requests
• Prepare and file pleadings for litigation and arbitration matters in state and federal courts

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with hands-on management of civil legal requests
• Proven track record in preparing and filing pleadings for arbitration and litigation matters
• Ability to manage 50+ concurrent legal matters with competing deadlines
• Familiarity with legal technology platforms for case management and e-discovery workflows
• Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency
