Senior Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Providing advanced support to regulatory and consumer litigation teams, the full-time Senior Litigation Paralegal will manage civil subpoenas, summons, garnishments, and account freeze requests while assisting with customer arbitrations and threatened litigation in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage timely and accurate responses to domestic and international civil third-party requests
• Prepare and file litigation and arbitration case pleadings, supporting active litigation matters in state and federal court
• Evaluate and improve internal litigation processes to enhance team efficiency

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with high-volume civil legal requests
• Proven track record in preparing and filing pleadings for arbitration and litigation matters
• Ability to manage 50+ concurrent legal matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Familiarity with legal technology platforms for case management and e-discovery
• Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency
