Senior Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Providing advanced support to regulatory and consumer litigation teams, the full-time Senior Litigation Paralegal will manage responses to civil subpoenas, summons, and garnishments, while assisting with customer arbitrations and litigation matters in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage timely and accurate responses to domestic and international civil third-party requests
• Communicate with opposing counsel and government agencies to ensure accurate and timely resolution of requests
• Prepare and file litigation and arbitration case pleadings, providing paralegal support for active matters in state and federal court

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, managing high volumes of civil subpoenas and legal requests
• Proven track record in preparing and filing pleadings for arbitration and litigation in state and federal court
• Ability to manage 50+ concurrent legal matters across multiple jurisdictions with high accuracy
• Familiarity with legal technology platforms for case management and e-discovery workflows
• Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
