Senior Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Providing advanced support to regulatory and consumer litigation teams, the full-time Senior Litigation Paralegal will manage responses to civil subpoenas and other legal requests, assist with customer arbitrations, and enhance internal processes while working in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage timely and accurate responses to domestic and international subpoenas, summons, and other civil third-party requests
• Prepare and file litigation and arbitration case pleadings, providing support for active matters in state and federal court
• Evaluate and improve litigation internal processes, implementing operational enhancements to increase team efficiency

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with hands-on management of high-volume civil legal requests
• Proven track record in preparing and filing pleadings for arbitration and litigation in state and federal court
• Ability to manage 50+ concurrent legal matters across multiple jurisdictions with competing deadlines
• Familiarity with legal technology platforms for case management and e-discovery workflows
• Responsible utilization of generative AI to improve workflow efficiency and quality
