Senior Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

To support an international logistics client, the full-time Senior Litigation Paralegal will manage the written discovery phases of litigation, utilize technology-assisted discovery tools, and oversee the organization and quality control of discovery databases in a hybrid or remote working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the written discovery phases of litigation under the direction of attorneys
• Utilize Technology-Assisted Discovery and eDiscovery platforms to assist in litigation discovery efforts
• Oversee the organization, maintenance, and quality control of discovery databases and evidentiary records

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate preferred
• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in complex commercial or large-scale litigation matters
• Demonstrated experience managing all phases of litigation, including discovery and document productions
• Experience with Technology-Assisted Discovery and document review platforms (e.g., Relativity) preferred
• Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
