Senior Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

To support the in-house Legal Department, the full-time Senior Claims & Litigation Paralegal will manage U.S. transportation-related litigation and claims, working remotely while collaborating with in-house and outside counsel.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and support commercial-auto bodily injury, catastrophic-loss, property-damage, and transportation litigation/claims
• Coordinate immediate evidence preservation following significant accidents, including various documentation and data collection
• Prepare first drafts of litigation documents and assist with discovery, document collection, and legal holds under attorney supervision

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation, claims, or senior paralegal experience, preferably in trucking/transportation litigation
• Experience with a motor carrier, insurer, or transportation-defence law firm is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of U.S. litigation/discovery processes and legal drafting skills
• Familiarity with trucking evidence and FMCSA-related documentation
• Proficient in docket/file management skills
