Senior Live Ops Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Live Ops Manager to join their WWE Champions team.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and support live events, seasonal content, promotions, and time-limited offers
• Own assigned portions of the Live Ops calendar, coordinating schedules and dependencies
• Monitor live events and systems, identify issues, and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Live Ops, game operations, or live service roles, preferably in mobile free-to-play
• SQL proficiency and experience with analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Hands-on experience executing segmented live content and A/B tests
• Strong experience executing live events, offers, and in-game promotions
• Player-focused mindset with an understanding of fairness and live-service expectations
