Key responsibilities
- Champion high-level live initiatives and coordinate across departments to hit delivery goals
- Maintain the live team roadmap; triage, prioritize, and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations

Required qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in the games industry, particularly in live operations
- Experience managing rapid-release content schedules for online multiplayer titles on Console and PC platforms

- Familiarity with scheduling tools and project budget management
- Experience in risk analysis, mitigation strategies, and incident report tracking
