Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Living Consultant for North Dakota and South Dakota.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and training to senior living settings, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Develop and deliver training materials for new and existing staff in senior living environments
• Assist in project management for new senior living startups and foster collaborative relationships within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, nursing, business, sales/marketing, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of three years of senior living experience
• Knowledge of housing/senior living operational practices and regulatory requirements
• Understanding of marketing principles related to market rate housing
• Ability to coordinate with various systems to achieve organizational goals
