Senior Living Revenue Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Senior Living and Private Collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations related to private pay collections and revenue management across multiple Senior Living communities
• Manage a team of revenue cycle managers and review financial statements to ensure compliance with state regulations
• Act as a liaison between corporate leadership, facility teams, and external partners to optimize revenue and enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in revenue cycle management, private pay collections, or financial operations within Senior Living or healthcare environments
• Strong knowledge of state regulations and industry best practices related to private pay billing and collections
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis, revenue reporting, and accounts receivable management
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) certification preferred
