Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize revenue cycle processes across multiple senior living facilities

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in revenue cycle management, preferably in senior living or healthcare
• Strong knowledge of billing processes, coding, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare regulations
• Proficiency in revenue cycle software, financial reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and optimizing revenue cycle performance
