Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize revenue cycle processes across multiple senior living facilities
• Ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with facility leadership and corporate teams to drive revenue growth and improve financial performance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in revenue cycle management, preferably in senior living or healthcare
• Strong knowledge of billing processes, coding, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare regulations
• Proficiency in revenue cycle software and financial reporting tools
• Experience with billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office Suite
