Job Summary

Managing billing operations and provider credentialing processes, the full-time Regional Revenue Senior Living Manager will oversee billing staff, ensure accurate claim submissions, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee billing staff and manage the billing operations within the centralized billing office
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
• Drive process improvements and optimize revenue cycle performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare billing or revenue cycle management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of billing processes, coding, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare regulations
• Proficiency in billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office Suite
• Certifications such as Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) preferred
