Senior LMS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. LMS Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the global Learning Management System (LMS) to meet organizational training needs
• Consult with various departments to develop and implement training solutions and enhancements
• Provide training and support for LMS users and manage audit reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Learning Design and Technology, Business, or Computer Science
• At least 7 years of experience working with a Learning Management System
• Experience with Document Management Systems or Quality Management Systems is required
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts is necessary
• Previous experience in a regulated industry, such as Pharma or Medical Device, is a plus
