Senior LMS Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior LMS Developer to support their ongoing mission in Falls Church, VA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and integration of scalable LMS solutions, including credentialing and analytics
• Align LMS capabilities with program management tools and integrate data for decision-making
• Develop metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and link training activities to performance outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or Public Trust (Tier III) required
• 14+ years of experience in LMS development, administration, or learning technologies
• Experience with enterprise LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle, Blackboard, etc.)
• Strong experience with workflow automation, reporting tools, and dashboards
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
