Senior LMS Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior LMS Business Project Manager to lead an enterprise Learning Management System consolidation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive thought partner to project sponsors, guiding on approach, sequencing, and risk mitigation
• Own the business-side delivery of the LMS initiative, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
• Drive day-to-day execution of internal business workstreams, managing scope, schedule, cost, and resources

Required Qualifications

• Direct experience leading an external-facing LMS implementation, migration, or consolidation
• 8+ years of overall project management experience
• Proven ability to manage highly complex, long-term initiatives impacting external users
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Experience operating as a proactive PM who drives accountability and outcomes
