Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Lending Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track insurance and collateral requirements, monitor expirations, and maintain accurate records
  • Administer loan files by filing documents, performing completeness checks, and preparing for audits
  • Manage borrower communications, collect required documents, and ensure timely responses to requests
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in loan servicing or related financial services
  • Understanding of lending concepts, loan documentation, collateral, and insurance requirements
  • Strong ability to extract and interpret key terms from legal and loan documents
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, TEA, or loan management systems preferred
