Senior Loan Advisor

Job Summary

Seeking experienced candidates, the full-time Senior Loan Advisor will consult with customers on refinancing auto loans, manage a pipeline of leads, and advise on additional protection products, all while working remotely or from designated locations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on refinancing options and additional protection products using a consultative sales approach
• Manage a large pipeline of prospective customers, ensuring effective conversion and compliance with financial guidelines
• Process finance deals accurately and conduct needs assessments to meet customer expectations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto loan refinancing or as a loan officer
• Proven ability to handle and maintain a high volume pipeline of clients
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport
• Proficiency in learning new technologies and using various software platforms
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
