Job Summary

Assisting individual investors and borrowers in securing loans for business-related real estate projects, the remote Senior Loan Advisor will provide direct consultation, analyze financial data, and guide clients through the loan process while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with investors and borrowers to determine suitable loan products for their real estate projects
• Analyze financial data and investment plans to recommend appropriate lending solutions
• Guide clients through the loan process from application to closing, ensuring compliance and smooth transactions

Required qualifications

• Existing book of business dedicated to real estate investors
• Proven experience in mortgage lending, particularly in investment property financing
• Strong knowledge of various real estate investment loan products
• Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics and financing strategies
• Ability to adhere to guidelines, policies, and procedures
